Maxon SDR Acceptable Use Policy

Customers may use Maxon SDR only for lawful, customer-directed outreach for which they can establish a lawful basis.

Prohibited uses

• Phishing, malware, or impersonation of a third party
• Selling or promoting illegal products or services
• Scraping or bulk extraction from the prospect API
• Purchased recipient lists where the customer cannot attest to a lawful basis
• Sending without the required physical postal address and opt-out statement

Technical enforcement

Maxon SDR enforces sending-domain health, suppression, footer validation, rate limits, provider webhook deduplication, and a per-workspace abuse circuit breaker. These controls do not replace the customer's legal obligations.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse through the support channel associated with your account. Maxon SDR may pause sending while it investigates.
