Maxon SDR Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Maxon SDR's prospect-data, sending-infrastructure, scheduling, inbox, and API services.

The customer owns and is responsible for message content, recipient selection, and the lawful basis to contact recipients.
The customer must include the physical postal address and opt-out statement required by CAN-SPAM in every campaign footer.
The customer may not use Maxon SDR for any prohibited use described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Maxon SDR supplies technical sending infrastructure and does not generate message content or select recipients.
No guarantee of deliverability or inbox placement is provided.

Service boundaries

Maxon SDR is a processor for customer-directed prospect and recipient data. The customer is the sender and controller for the outreach it creates. Maxon SDR provides enforcement mechanisms, records, and infrastructure but does not decide who to contact or what to write.

Enforcement

Maxon SDR may pause a workspace, hold pending sends, or terminate access when these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are violated or when provider and recipient-safety controls require intervention.
